For Electronics: if the product has a warranty, please click here to request a tax invoice and visit the nearest authorized service center to get a technical report for the manufacturing defect.
You can’t return an item due to change of mind if its factory seal is opened.
If you receive a damaged product, wrong color or size or missing accessories, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt so we can assist you.
Large items like refrigerators and freezers can only be returned by contacting us .
While returning a product, please ensure all accessories are included, the item is in its original packaging, and any bundled gifts are returned as well.
For Electronic items, make sure to remove the password (if any) and delete any personal data to avoid rejecting your return request.
If the return request is rejected, the product will be shipped back to you. If you choose not to receive it, it will not be reshipped unless you requested.
If you choose not to receive it again, the product will be sent to the company’s warehouse, and you will need to pick it up from there.
Unfortunately, we do not offer an exchange service. However, you can request a return as per our return policy and place a new order with the desired item.
